Job Description
Behrens Manufacturing in Winona, MN, a premiere manufacturer of steel containers, is looking for some hard-working individuals to join our team. Individuals would be assisting in the production of steel buckets, trash cans, and tubs.
Pay: $21.52 per hour
Responsibilities / Duties
- Feeding material into machines
- Operating machines and presses
- Moving products and materials to and from different machines
- Examining components and finished products to ensure that quality standards are met
- Packaging, labeling, and boxing
- Palletizing and shrink wrapping
- General labor and clean up
Physical Requirements
- These are active, hands-on positions that require standing for up to 10 hour shifts, as well as frequent use of arms, hands, and legs, and ability to bend down and crouch occasionally.
- Positions require frequent lifting of up to 25lbs and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Candidates must have a strong attention to detail, good basic math skills, and stable work history.
- Some positions require working in front of moving conveyors.
- All positions require the operation of production machinery.
